• Fill out an Entry Form

• Write a minimum 300-word essay (younger students can have the help of an adult or submit a video of you and your dancing on DVD or via email. Include: What you hope to gain from participating, dance experience and age. Are there any obstacles (financial or otherwise) that may limit your ability to attend the Dance Camp?
